Who is Mr. Haz?

Mr. Haz Tacobar is located at the Jordan district (Egelantiersstraat 24). The place is designed with graffiti pop-art and has an industrial look.

We make culinary street food tacos, a popular trend from California. This means we make classic Mexican tacos combined with fusion style tacos. Everything we sell is home made. Fresh toppings, and also the taco dough we make from scratch and prepare on our own taco press.

Next to great tacos we make a lot of cocktails! People also come in for a cocktail or of course a tequila/mezcal. We have an international base of locals coming often, which makes the place a special hidden gem. Want to dive in the world of agave and do you have experience in cocktail making?

Mr. Haz Tacobar is located in the Jordaan district(Egelantiersstraat 24). We make culinary tacos. This L.A. trend means that we see the tortilla as a white canvas to create interesting, tasty tacos inspired from not only Mexican but kitchens all over the world. We make everything from scratch, the tortilla, salsas, our hot sauce, you name it.

What are we looking for
We are looking for a kitchen employer on ‘zelfstandig werkend kok’ level, who is able to have an overview, to prioritize mise en place and has an excellent timing in preparing the meat, the fish and tortillas to present highly executed tacos to our guests. You are expected to work according to HACCP regulations. Besides your skills as a chef we are looking for a teamplayer that we can rely on as a team and is fun to work with.
